A lot of people love watching sports events such as baseball games, football games, golf matches and the Olympic Games. Some people often get so heated that they have a riot. I know a lot of Japanese who can't live without their favorite professional baseball team. Sure, I understand why they love them; it is sometimes exciting to watch a game. However, I rarely watch sports events except for a historically special game. I even think that it's a waste of time to watch sports events daily. It's a kind of replacement; they replace themselves with one of the star players in the game and are virtually excited to forget their boring daily life. I think it's much better to change their own everyday life into something more exciting. Watching games is disguise. By watching some ridiculous news especially related to the Olympic Games, I really feel that they are used as the way of politics and business. Watching the games will lead us to somewhere we don't really expect. Too much commercialized and politicized games are less attractive and more dangerous.
