You might have an experience of taking a Jacuzzi. The feeling of being covered with small bubbles is very nice and of course I love it, but I've found a better bath in a mountain which is more than 100 km away from Obihiro City. It is a natural hot spring and the bathtub is made on a rock which has some small natural nozzle of a volcano from which hot spring water comes out. The bottom of the bathtub is graveled with small round pebbles so that our body is not exposed directly against the hot water. The natural jet of the spring is not strong but gentle and we can feel as if we are wrapped with hot water bubbles. When I visited this place, I was lucky because I could occupy it by myself. There was also an open air rock bathtub adjacent to it, but its water was a little bit cooler and milky white in color. According to the manager of the bath, the water of the open air bathtub is drained from the inner bath and the color changes from colorless to milky white by oxidation. We tend to prefer milky white hot spring water, but the really fresh water is colorless.
