The sun sets around 4:00 PM now in Vancouver, and getting up by that time is my recent objective. With the faint sunlight even if it is almost set, I can make a good start of my day, or I should say "my night." I usually take a shower soon after I get up. Morning shower is generally the most pleasant thing in the world, but it isn't so much for me because the sun is already set and it is quite normal to take a shower at night. I have to take care not to go back to bed after the shower because all of my day (or night) ends in the bed if I gave way to the temptaion. I have been facing towards the PC while I am up for the past several days. I think programming software is the hardest muscular labor. The muscle of my brain easily gets tired. It is so tiring that I can't keep programming for more than two hours. One hour and a half is the limit of my concentration. I often drive out of my room when I am tired, but no shops and restaurants are open because it is in the middle of the night. Birds start singing around 5:00 AM and it is the good sign for me to go to bed. I want to go back to the usual day life from this unhealthy night life, but the latter is better for my work. I have to take priority over the work for now.
