As you know paella is one of the most popular Spanish dishes. It's tasty and gorgeous with various seafood on yellow steamed rice. I was thinking that it's difficult to cook, but my friends told me how to cook it in the last sailing to Howe Sound. I was surprised because it's very easy to cook and it doesn't take longer than just steaming rice. Pan-fry garlic and rice, put your favorite seafood on it, add soup stock with saffron and boil it for thirty minutes - that's all! I'm not sure whether it is the official recipe, but it tasted paella at all.
