As I felt deadlocked somehow in my programming work, I decided to drive out to be refreshed. I remembered someone recommended that Lighthouse Park in West Vancouver is a good place, where I had never visited. It was just a short drive from my apartment through a winding road in a forest on the coast line. After a twenty-minute drive, I parked my car in the parking lot of the park and started walking towards the lighthouse. The lighthouse was to be Point Atkinson, which I had often used as a landmark while sailing and flying. I had actually seen the light of this lighthouse uncountably, but I had never been there from land. I walked in a pleasant forest for about fifteen minutes, and finally reached the lighthouse. Unfortunately the gate was closed and I couldn't touch the lighthouse, so I took this picture instead. The white building with a red cap was beautiful against a background of the cloudy sky and the shining sea.
