I've been addicted to muffins for these couple of months. I often have them for breakfast with a cup of tea. I think it's a quite Canadian breakfast; easy, tasty and fatty. As you know there are various kinds of muffins, and these three kinds are my best; apricot oat, lemon poppy seed and blueberry. I hadn't eaten the former two kinds in Japan, which are both super delicious. I love the sour-sweet flavor of apricots and the special crunchiness of poppy seeds. I hear it's easy to bake muffins with an oven, but I can't do it for a reason. Almost three years ago, I tried to bake a sheet of frozen pizza with the oven in my kitchen, and failed. The pizza got burned black and I missed my precious dinner, and the fact has been a trauma ever since.
