Getting the parking decal is one of my annual events. It's a parking permit with which I can park my car on the designated road side in Downtown, where they can't park without it. It is actually to be my fourth decal but I don't know I would renew it next year. As you know, the number of cars in Downtown is increasing year by year, and it is getting more difficult to find out a parking space on the road side. Plus, the price of this decal was $60 this time, which used to be $56. I think it still pays, but it seems to be a matter of time before the price surpasses its value.
