Tax

The main reason for my coming back to Japan this time is paying tax. Every Japanese who had income in the previous year is to file his or her final income tax in this season. Though I was working little, I sold some stocks and had income last year, so I have to file it. I visited the tax office near my home and got some application forms which seem to be friendly with a lot of cartoons but are very severe and cold-blooded. Plus they are very difficult to understand and fill in. I don't know why I have to do such boring things only to pay tax. I wish at least the tax payment procedure should be simpler and easier.
