Baba Ghanouj is a name of middle eastern cuisine using grilled eggplant. We can get it as a packed dip in a supermarket in Vancouver. My Canadian friend one day introduced it to me. It tastes a little bit sour because of the lemon juice contained in it. I usually eat it with nachos or tortilla in this season. Grilled eggplants are popular in Japan too, and they are so popular that a Japanese proverb says that mothers shouldn't give grilled eggplants to their son's wife because of their delicious taste. As I got a recipe for Baba Ghanouj on the Internet, I'm thinking about cooking it myself. It seems to be very easy to cook it because all I have to do is just blend some ingredients into paste in a blender.
