I went to a very good sushi restaurant in Vancouver with my friends who are good friends with the chef of the restaurant. He dined us with special "sake", Japanese wine, and "ohtoro". "Toro" is a special part of tuna, which is rich in fat, and "ohtoro" is a very special part of "toro" which is almost all made of fat. As you know, fat has a very good taste called "umami." The ohtoro was really a special one which we can't often see even in Japan. When I put one slice of it into mouth, it melted on my tang with a lot of umami. We ate each slice with tasting and had a very happy time. It was really a spacial dinner for me.
