Sorry to be the one to burst your bubble, but Amazon.com is a big impersona; corporation and is not the greatest thing since sliced bread. I ordered a book from them over 21 months ago now and am still waiting. I have a friend who is in the same place.

21 months are too long. Have you used the tracking service of Amazon? I think there must have some problems.

Last evening at midnight, I bought a book at Amazon which is the most famous bookstore on the Internet. To my surprise, the book I ordered arrived at my house in less than 18 hours. What a convenient, speedy, and great service! I love Amazon because not only is it convenient and speedy but also it is friendly to users. The system is designed so nicely that I can enjoy purchasing books at Amazon by referring to the comments of other readers, choose another book which is related to what I have selected, and trace where the book I ordered is. Furthermore, the cost for sending books is free! The only thing Amazon cannot afford to the customers is that I cannot try and read the books before purchasing them, just like in a real bookstore. Anyway, Amazon is really a great bookstore which even seems to be like magic for me and I cannot live without it. I hear that Amazon is in the red. I think it's natural because the fee is too cheap for the service. I hope this company lasts forever.
