While I am cycling around Stanley Park, on the way between 2nd Beach and 3rd Beach, I always see these monuments. They are made of small rocks built up like towers. I'm not sure how the rocks are jointed each other. I think a kind of adhesive or cement is used. And I don't know who is, and for what reason making them. As they are often broken by strong winds or waves, it must be a taff work to maintain these monuments.

the rocks aren't using adhesive. It's an Inuit art of Rock Balancing.
