It is raining almost alday today and there is nobody in the hockey rink playing hockey. Usually here, a lot of people enjoy hockey, rollerblading or skateboarding, and make some noises. But it is very quiet today. I can hear just the noises of cars running on wet roads far away. Surely I don't like rain, but occasional rain like this is not bad.

I'm hoping that fines will be impoesd for offenders. The marble is already damaged in a number of places. At the very least, the skateboards should be taken away on the spot redeemable by an appearance at the area police station and the paying of a fine by the parents of the under 18 and the paying of the fine by the over 18. ID's should be checked and repeat offenses should be given harsher fines.
