Tonight I had Katsu Don for my dinner. Katsu Don is one of the most popular Japanese dishes. It is a fried pork bowl with rice. A few pieces of fried pork stewed with onion slices and scrambled egg are served on a bowl of rice. It tastes of basically soy sauce and is a little bit sweet. Of course I like it very much, but it takes a long time for me to cook it myself. I bought this Katsu Don at Fujiya, the Japanese food store in Vancouver.
