I got the second parking decal. This is a parking permit for West End resident and having this permit I can park anywere in Downtown with the sign "No parking except permit". It costs only $56 and is valid for one year, but only the West End residents can purchase it. This is the second time I get this permit and that means I have lived in Vancouver whole a year.

I got my second parking decal this morning. This is a parking permit for West End residents and having this permit I can park anywhere in Downtown where there is a sign which says "No parking except with permit". It costs only $56 and is valid for one year, but only West End residents can purchase it. This is the second time I have purchased this permit and that means I have lived in Vancouver for a whole year.
