Corrector

I went to a very good sushi restaurant in Vancouver with my friends who are good friends with the chef of the restaurant. We dined on a special "sake", Japanese wine, and "ohtoro". "Toro" is a special part of a tuna fish, which is rich in fat, and "ohtoro" is a very special part of "toro" which is almost all made of fat. As you know, fat has a very good taste called "umami." The ohtoro was really a special one which we can't often get even in Japan. When I put one slice of it into my mouth, it melted on my tongue with a lot of umami. We ate each slice with a sip of sake and had a very happy time. It was a really special dinner for me.
